Gathering Storm

Big Cypress National Preserve, FL

The sky darkened, the air thick with anticipation. I’ve always been drawn to storms, their unpredictability, the way they shift the energy in the air. This one rolled in fast, clouds swirling, wind picking up. For a moment, everything was still, waiting. Then the first drop fell, and the storm came alive.
