The Loxahatchee National Wildlife Refuge is a 147,000 acre preservation area located in the Northern Everglades, near Boynton Beach.  It is here that water from Lake Okeechobee starts its journey south through the Glades and eventually to Florida Bay.  This image was taken from the visitor center boardwalk, just a few steps from the parking lot.  The trees seemed to perfectly frame in the view of the cypress swamp.
